First Lady Hargrow

Servant, Visionary, Prayer Warrior are characteristics that describe her. She was born and raised in Fitzgerald, GA. She is the eldest daughter of eight children born to the late parents Henry and Julia Searcy. 

Educated in Ben Hill County Public School System, earning a Nursing degree from Ben Hill Wiregrass Technical College, Andersonville Theologian Seminary with a Doctorate in Christian Counseling and Biblical Studies. She served as Pastor in South Georgia District of the Christian Methodist Episcopal Church, retiring in 2020. 

Married to her soul mate, the Reverend Jackie Hargrow, Pastor of Saint Mary Freewill Baptist Church, located at 1112 7th Avenue NW, Moultrie, GA 31768. Together we are the proud parents of eight adult children: Carlton, Bobby, Jackie Jr., Monique, Ericka, Bridget, Celeste and Julie. The Hargrow's are blessed with both grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Prayer Warrior

Reverend Doctor Hargrow describes herself as a believer in the power of prayer and intercession. Many have proclaimed the power of God's healing grace through prayer.

So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. This is the scripture that resonates in her heart!

 

Pastor Jackie L. Hargrow, was blessed to be the eldest of three children born to James Charles and Essie Mae Hargrow. He received a degree from the National Broadcasting School in Atlanta, GA. He also received ordination from Mt. Zion College. He grew up worshipping in different denominations as his grandfather was a Holiness Pastor. His mother was African Methodist Episcopal, and his grandmother was Baptist. 

He received his calling in the ministry at an early age but didn't accept his Devine calling until later in life. He shepherded churches in Thomas County and County, GA. He attributes hie help in the ministry to many but recognition goes to Bishop William L. Bradley, Reverend Leon Jones, Reverend Emory Virgil, and Reverend Elzie Staten. He is striving to do great works at St. Mary Freewill Baptist Church with the help of the Lord and the members.

MISSION STATEMENT:

Matthew 28:19-20

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and the Son, and the Holy Ghost: Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen

Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed rightly dividing the word of truth.
